Summer Base Essentials

Hey everyone; I hope you're all doing well. As promised, I'm doing another post and today, I'm going to share with you all my summer foundation essentials. 1. Sunscreen: The best sunscreen that I have found is this CoTz Face sunscreen for lighter skin tones. It's a great primer that absorbs oil and protects your skin at the same time. This is a mineral sunscreen, meaning that the main ingredients consist of titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. You can find this  here  for $19.99. I'll be doing an in-depth review on this sunscreen in a later post. 2. Foundation: The foundation that I have been wearing everyday this summer is the Nars All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation. I have this in the shade Fiji and Gobi. With this foundation, I don't even need a concealer because it has such great coverage. Review: Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder

Hi everyone! I would like to begin this post by apologizing for my long time away from blogging. I'm not going to bore you all with the details, so today, I thought I would kick off my return to blogging with a review on the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder! You can find the small size of this powder, which is the one I have, at the Sephora check-out line for $23. This small travel size has 9.3g, or 0.33 oz of product and comes with the signature Laura Mercier velour puff. As I'm sure that the both the full and travel sizes contain the same product, I'm going to jump straight into the review. This broke me out. Badly. I don't know what it is that caused me to break out from this, but anytime that I wore it, it caused me to get quite a few under the skin bumps that eventually cleared away when I stopped using this powder. I was hoping that this powder would control my insanely oily skin, but it didn't hold up that much longer than my drugs
